De Vere Group acquires IFA Precision Group Asia

The de Vere Group has acquired Hong Kong based IFA firm Precision Group Asia for an undisclosed sum.

De Vere, says it expects demand for financial advice in the area will increase in the future.

De Vere Group founder and chief executive Nigel Green says: “We are delighted to add yet another respected organisation to our growing company portfolio.  We are committed to providing our global client base with trusted financial planning wherever they choose to live in the world.

“By purchasing Precision Group, we are able to offer both de Vere clients and prospective clients a better service.  We are committed to expanding our global reach and expect to make further announcements in the coming weeks.”
