DBS issues N2 factsheet

DBS network has issued its sixth and final factsheet to members explaining the implications of N2 from November 30.

This factsheet outlines the main changes it is making to the procedure for handling complaints about IFAs from clients in line with the FSA&#39s regulations.

DBS is asking its members to forward complaint details to its enforcement team within 24 hours of receipt, ensure all employees are aware of the procedures display a certificate confirming the practice is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
