David Aaron says Budget neutral for investors


The David Aaron Partnership has pronounced the Budget a neutral one for investors.


It says that investors will benefit from measures such as the decrease in corporation tax, the increased CGT threshold and the increase in the earnings cap.


But there are also bad points such as the imposition of stamp duty om unit trusts.


Senior partner David Aaron says: &#34On the whole the Budget was good for investors and has not restricted tax planning opportunities in any major way.&#34
