Data deal to boost Lifesearch

The Exchange is integrating its quotation and new business services into Lifesearch’s back-office and admin system.

Lifesearch advisers will be able to transfer quote details automatically from Exweb into their admin system where they can be stored against each client record.

This removes the need for Lifesearch advisers to re-enter client data in the application process and helps them manage client relationships by automatically creating a permanent record of quotes for each client.

The Exchange has worked in partnership with Lifesearch and Microtech, the IT company that developed and built Lifesearch’s back-office admin system.

Lifesearch managing director Tom Baigrie says: “This investment in technology will free more time for our advisers to concentrate on their clients needs.”
