Payable rate: 3.15%

Minimum loan: £1,000

Maximum loan: Up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £300,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: One capital repayment of up to 10% allowed in the discount period without penalty, available direct and through intermediaries,  available for properties in England and Wales, free valuation for properties in Co Durham, Tees Valley and parts of North Yorkshire as defined by the building society

Arrangement fee: £75 completion fee

Redemption fee; 3% of the mortgage balance in the first two years
