Customise with Cofunds

Cofunds is setting up a service which enables IFAs to customise reports for their clients on an individual basis through its forthcoming Your Choice suite of products.

Your Client Reports features portfolio valuations, full transaction summary and a consolidated tax voucher.

All documents are filed online, allowing the IFA constant access with the Premier range which offers a bound personalised statement with the IFA’s branding, including a Morningstar fund X-Ray profile, a sector portfolio breakdown and a branded insert for the IFA firm.

The second tier is a less expensive looseleaf version with some of the options or the adviser can choose to use the original statements.

Your Client Web Access launches this month and will enable clients to check their portfolio online either through the adviser’s website or Cofunds. Services range from basic online valuations to the ability for clients to switch or trade online.

Your Remuneration allows an adviser to take fees or commission, to offer rebates and discounts as agreed with clients and fund managers. This section will be operational by the end of the year, pend_ ing negotiations concerning money transfer and client banking facilities.

Managing director Andy Creak says: “Your Choice offers the freedom a web-based business can now provide – free of the constraints that limit single product providers. We believe this choice plays an essential part of TCF, potentially accelerating some fundamental changes in the deconstruction of the old financial service provision into constituent parts.”
