Coventry Intermediaries – Godiva Mortgages Buy-to-Let 5.39% Fixed to 31.03.16

Type: Fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage

Fixed term: Until March 31, 2016

Fixed rate: 5.39%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 65% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments

Flexible features: Overpayments, payment holidays, interest calculated daily

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 5% a year allowed without penalty in the fixed-rate period, one free valuation up to £700, free legal fees for remortgages

Arrangement fee: £250 booking fee

Redemption fee: 5% of mortgage balance in the first two years, 3% in years three and four, 1% in year five

Introducer’s fee: Subject to negotiation
