Cofunds has reshuffled its management team, with marketing and proposition director Alastair Conway also taking on the sales remit.
In an internal memo to staff seen by Money Marketing, chief executive Brett Williams says Conway now becomes sales and marketing director.
Cofunds founder Andy Creak, who left the platform last October, was managing director responsible for sales and marketing. Managing director of finance and controls Andrew Harris also left the platform last October.
The executive team is now made up of finance director Mark Williams, people and development director Fiona Marshall, institutional proposition and operations director Stephen Mohan and IT director Stuart Johnson. Head of sales Nick Godfrey will also be responsible for institutional sales, reporting to Conway.
In the memo, Williams says: “I am writing to let you know of some changes I have made to my executive management team which I believe will help us to achieve our full potential and will speed up and improve decision-making.
“The combination of these changes are intended to further improve how we work with and support our customers.”
Cofunds was unavailable for comment.
