Conti to merge with Anchor Mortgages

Conti Financial Services is merging with Anchor Mortgages with an official launch next month.

The additional investment by the UK IFA and mortgage broker will allow Conti to build its new website, with a new facility for advisers that will allow them to conduct online tracking of mortgage application in real time.

The firm will move into Anchor’s offices, which are also based in Hove.

A Conti spokeswoman says: “As the leading overseas mortgage provider, this will enable us to expand Conti and build the new website, which will launch on March 6.

“Another benefit to Conti is being able to facilitate the number of enquiries we receive from foreign nationals looking at property development and also buying into property overseas.”
