Commerce Centre sets sights on introducers

Thinc Group subsidiary The Commerce Centre is targeting 8,000 introducers in a direct recruitment drive and is hoping to sign up 2,000 advisers by the end of 2007.

The Commerce Centre, specialist introducer for non-regulated financial products, says it already has 1,400 advisers using its services and is committed to extending its offering to sign up 4,000 more by late 2008.

A specialist professional introducer website has been launched to support the directmail approach and in a bid to show advisers the business opportunities that it sees in the non-regulated sector, The Commerce Centre is investing in sponsorship of all e-business seminars held by The Exchange.

Managing director Neil Harkin says: “The expansion of The Commerce Centre is significantly ahead of our targets and the response from the market has been highly enthusiastic. We believe that we offer the most advanced non-regulated proposition available and our aim is to become the biggest and most successful portal in the market.

“A proactive approach to recruitment is essential and we look forward to welcoming more introducers in the coming weeks and months.”
