Colonial and Century 21 UK to team up

Colonial and estate agency network Century 21 UK have teamed up to launch a financial services franchise alliance.

Century 21 Financial Services aims to provide its customers with a one stop shop for mortgages and financial planning.

There are currently 30 Century 21 UK franchises in the South of England while there are plans to increase these numbers over the next two years.

Century 21 UK director Peter Wilson says: &#34This franchise agreement with Colonial is a natural fit as we are both international groups with expanding franchise networks in the UK.

&#34For most people buying a house is their biggest financial commitment they will make in their lifetime. By forming an alliance with Colonial, Century 21 will be able to provide customers with expert financial advice and planning at this crucial time.&#34
