Cobalt director calls for execs to pull together

A Cobalt Capital director has admitted a rift in the senior management of the company and has called for the other senior directors to pull together.

Director Julian Ingalls would not comment on the immediate concerns over the future of the mortgage brokerage, but admitted rifts have developed between senior executives.

He says: “Cobalt senior management and partners have not seen eye to eye and have disagreed about several things.

“It’s difficult trading times and we have been discussing how to take the business forward. People need to pull together in situations like this and that has not been happening.”
