Close adds to property team

Close Investments has bolstered its property team with Maria Grubmeuller joining as head of research.

Grubmeuller will be responsible for the analysis of international real estate markets, having previously worked as an analyst at PRUPIM from January 2006 to June 2007.

She will work closely with property managers Simon Cooke and Martin Towns on European property investment.

Close Investments property manager Simon Cooke says: “Maria’s appointment is part of our continuing dedication to recruiting highly experienced and enthusiastic personnel in house. Her depth of knowledge and experience in international property markets will further strengthen Close Investments’ property team.”
