City law firm launches N2 guide for firms

CMS Cameron McKenna specialist financial services lawyer Simon Morris has produced a guide to help firms make last minute preparations for N2.

The guide, N2 Preparedness Practical Steps for Firms, provides answers to questions such as what needs to be done before December 1, how will N2 impact firms, do firms understand the new Sourcebooks and how will conduct of business rules will change.
