The two teams joined the Company at the end of June under the management of Frank Martin and Elissa Bayer adding total funds under management of more than £250 million.

The acquisition follows Charles Stanley’s recent purchase of Insinger de Beaufort’s UK private client stockbroking in April.

Charles Stanley chairman Sir David Howard comments: “This is one of a number of transactions that we have been working on in recent months. We announced another success, the acquisition of the business of Truro Stockbrokers and recently opened offices in Bristol and Leeds.”
