Charles Schwabb launches discounted fund service

Charles Schwabb Europe is launching a discounted funds service which offers investors access to 130 unit trusts and Oeics from a variety of fund managers.

The new service – available through www.schwabb-europe.com – allows investors purchasing an Isa through Schwabb to choose to place any number of funds from the providers within one Isa wrapper.

Schwabb is waving quarterly account fees on assets held through the service and capping initial charges at 1.5 per cent, with several available at 0 per cent.
