Changes at Fairs’ parent firm

Financial Objects, owners of IFA software provider Fairs, has appointed Karim Peermohamed as chief operating officer and Paul Fullagar as deputy chairman.
Peermohamed will be responsible for the operating divisions of the company. Most recently he was managing director of the WMS division, which bought Fairs in May 2004.
Fullagar joined the board as non-executive director in May 2004. He has worked in the software industry for 17 years including time at Marlborough Stirling.
Financial Objects chairman Roger Foster says: “These appointments will strengthen the executive team and position it to lead the company successfully through the next phase of development and growth.”
