C&G extends enhanced intermediary payments

Cheltenham & Gloucester is extending its improved intermediary incentives until October 31 rather than withdrawing them at the end of this month as was planned.



Registered intermediaries will continue to receive £1,000 on completion of each case they introduce with a value of £250,000 or more and which has a loan to value of 80 per cent or lower.



It will also make payments of £500 on completion of cases between £100,000 and £250,000 with a loan to value of up to 95 per cent.
