What a very sad organisation Zurich has become. I rang to ask for a valuation and it seemed to be a different person dealing with the data protection and the valuations.
She told me that no one in the valuation department had a telephone so I asked whether they use carrier pigeon instead and she said she did not know.
Then I asked how long it would take to get through and she said she was not sure.
I did get through after quarter of an hour and the chap gave me the figure without my even asking anything else so it does have some switched-on people.
