CashFac teams up with Altus to deliver STP solution

CashFac and Altus have teamed up to deliver a integrated straight through processing solution for pension investment processing.

Software firm CashFac is linking its virtual bank technology with Altus’s instruction gateway solution to offer financial services firms a complete end-to-end investment process from administration through to cash settlement.

Traditionally the management of investment instructions and the cash to pay for them have remained quite separate. However, the new solution means investment instructions can be electronically generated and transmitted with cash settled and reconciled automatically on completion.

Altus products manager Ben Cocks says: “Bridging the gap between finance and administration teams is essential to deliver the full benefit of straight through processing.”
