Capital reward for Standard Life Bank mortgage holders

Standard Life Bank is offering a standard variable rate of 5 per cent on its Capital Reward mortgage product.

The product, designed to reward long-term customers pays a bonus of 1 per cent a year off a customer&#39s outstanding capital every two years for the full term of the mortgage.

Standard Life Bank director of sales and marketing David Macmillan says: “We are rewarding the loyalty of our customers by offering them a product that works to pay off their loan an a regular basis throughout the full term of the mortgage.”
