Capita rethinks Client Care

Capita Financial Software has launched a new version of its client relationship management system, Client Care Desktop.

The updated version of the programme includes contract enquiry support of the Standard Life wrap and extended fund asset allocation data provided by Financial Express.

The firm says many new features are responses to user requests to address changing needs of businesses and clients.

Product director William Watling says: “With the backdrop of the RDR, many advisers are assessing the suitability of their systems. We feel this will provide advisers with a stable and intuitive system to help them prepare for the RDR.”

Finance and Technology Research centre managing director Ian McKenna says: “Client Management Systems should be at the heart of any well run adviser business.”
