Capita launches modular website builder for IFAs

Capita Enabler has launched a web service for advisers who want to create their own tailor-made and e-commerce-enabled web presence.

The initiative is called ‘Modular Website’, the new package is a cost effective way for an intermediary to develop and maintain its own website.

It uses a simple online editing tool, the template based structure can be used to create a professional online customer-facing facility, with the advisers own branding and imagery.

A range of pre-compliance checked comprehensive guides, calculators and response forms are provided with each modular website.

This allows advisers and networks to have full control of site content and everything they need to service clients. Networks can specify their own wording and replicate it across all their advisers’ sites.

The main features include over 600 pre-compliance checked guides and pages to choose from, client fact find capability online and access to Enabler’s mychoice panel for online buildings and contents quotes and online submission, featuring 12 product providers.

It will link in to fund and investment fact sheets, exclusive access to quote and submission of various financial products online including leading life and protection and also cover information on savings, loans and credit cards.

Capita Enabler chief executive Graham Coxell says: “Our modular website package will give advisers everything they need to offer their clients a comprehensive and compliant online service, which will also create additional revenue streams.

“A professional web-based presence is indispensable to the modern, successful financial adviser. Complementing face-to-face activity with online interaction is a powerful tool in developing customer service, producing additional revenue and recruiting new clients. Online interaction can also easily assist in crucial aspects of treating customers fairly.”
