Cap Gemini Ernst & Young has appointed Martin Barber as vice president of its financial services team.

Barber joins from KMPG Consulting where he held the position of partner within the financial services sector consulting group.

He has 17 years experience of working within the financial services sector and specialises in business change programmes.
