Caerus appoints compliance director


Adviser support firm Caerus Capital has appointed Julie Darlington as compliance director.

Darlington joins from national advice firm Sandringham Financial Partners where she was chief risk officer. Prior to that she worked at Halifax and several adviser networks.

Caerus chief executive Kieth Carby says: “We are very pleased to have attracted someone of Julie’s reputation, calibre and expertise.  The appointment shows the level of our ambition and the importance we place on our compliance function.”

Darlington says: “It is an exciting time for high quality advisory businesses and I am delighted to be joining Caerus. The track record of the senior management at Caerus speaks for itself and it has a very competitive proposition and high quality advisers. I am really looking forward to working with my new colleague.”
