Burdett and Potter funds open for business

Thames River new multi-manager duo Gary Potter and Robert Burdett have launched their first tranche of funds following their high profile move to the firm.

The pair have launched what they deem a core offering of five funds including both a cautious managed and distribution vehicle.

Other funds launched include equity managed, balanced and a global boutiques fund, with the multi-manager team expected to launch offshore and ethical vehicles in the near future.

Potter and Burdett joined Thames River back in August after leaving Credit Suisse where the pair ran a £1.2bn multi-manager franchise since August 2001.
