Packager Exclusive Connections is launching a new buy-to-let mortgage in connection with Mortgage Express.

The loan is set at 4.99 per cent, which is the Bank of England Base Rate of 4 per cent plus 1.75 per cent but with a 0.76 per cent discount for the first year.

The minimum loan is £25,001 and the maximum is £1,000,000 and the product is open to applicants 25 to 75 years of age.

Gross monthly rental income must be at least 130 per cent of the monthly mortgage payments with minimum income for a single applicant £20,000 and £30,000 for joint applicants.
