BSA appoints new chairman

The Building Societies Association has appointed David Smith, chief executive of Dunfermline Building Society as its new Chairman.


Smith replaces Britannia&#39s executive vice chairman John Heaps.


Yorkshire Building Society chief executive David Anderson will become deputy chairman of the association.
