British Smaller Technology Companies VCT announce extension to offer


The British Smaller Technology Companies Venture Capital Trust has extended its offer period to May 31 1999.


The VCT, which has raised £10.6m since its launch, is seeking to reach its original £15m target by the end of May.


The trust has made two share allotments in the 1998/99 tax year and one this tax year and expects trading in its shares to commence on April 8.
