Minimum investment: Lump sum £500 monthly £50, Isa lump sum £500 monthly £50.

Investment split: Banks 53 per cent, insurance 19 per cent, specialist and other finance 17 per cent, life assurance 6 per cent, real estate 4 per cent, investment companies 1 per cent.

Charges: Initial 5.25 per cent, annual 1.5 per cent.
