Britannic Asset Management is changing its name to Resolution Asset Management next year, marking what it says it a transformation of the firm over the last two years.
The asset management firm says it has been considering a number of potential names but decided on Resolution as it is a “strong name that evokes many of the attributes advisers and clients want from an asset management firm.”
The rebrand is being managed in conjunction with brand consultancy cchm:ping.
Chief executive Gavin Stewart says: “Over the last eighteen months we have appointed a new management team, changed our strategic direction, launched a raft of new products as well as increasing the size and scale of our business. We have also spent time investigating how best to re-brand and re-launch the company in conjunction with brand consultancy cchm:ping.”
“We are making significant investment in the business and have ambitious growth plans going forward. Product development and building our share of the third party market, where we expect to generate some 40 per cent of our total revenues next year, will be key areas for us.
