Britannia sets up offset mortgage

Britannia is rolling out its new Offset mortgage to throughout its branch network.

The Savings Mortgage was launched via Britannia’s website and call centre last month. The loan tracks the Bank of England base rate plus 0.85 per cent for the life of the product.

It is fully flexible, and includes no administration, valuation or arrangement fees.
