Britannia sets up offset mortgage

Britannia Building Society is rolling out its new offset mortgage throughout its branch network. The Savings Mortgage was launched via the society&#39s website and call centre last month. The loan tracks the Bank of England base rate plus 0.85 per cent for the life of the product. It is fully flexible and includes no admin, valuation or arrangement fees.
