Britannia launches 10 year fixed rate mortgage

Britannia Building Society is launching a new 10 year fixed rate mortgage at a rate of 5.39 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV.

The rate has dropped from 5.49 per cent.
The arrangement fee is 349 and the product is portable subject to normal lending requirements.

Britannia head of marketing Alan Long says: “This product not only allows customers to budget and plan ahead, but gives long term value as well as peace of mind.”
