Discount: 1.75% in year one, 1.25% in year one for house purchase between 86% and 90% of valuation, 0.5% in year two, 0.25% in year three

Payable rate: Loans up to 90% of valuation 7.75%, up to 85% of valuation 6.31%, up to 80% of valuation 6.06%, up to 75% of valuation 5.81%, up to 70% of valuation 5.56%

Minimum loan: 25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 90% of valuation subject to a maximum of 300,000, up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of 500,000, up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of 1m

Income multiples: Up to 3.5 times principal income plus second or three times joint

Conditions: Up to 2,000 in CCJs, up to one months arrears in last 12 months, none in last three months for loans of 90 per cent of valuation, no bankruptcies in last 12 months up to 80% of valuation and none in last two years between 81% and 90% of valuation
