Guarantee: Capital returned in full at end of term regardless of

movement in indices

Return: Up to 90% of growth in indices

Interest rate: 4% gross a year

Closing date: September 30, 2002

HIGH INTEREST ACCOUNT

Minimum-maximum investment: £1-£1m

Interest rate: 6% gross a year

Term: Until October 13, 2009

Offer period: Until September 30, 2002

Withdrawal penalties: None
