Bridgingloans.com appoints compliance manager

Bridgingloans.com has appointed a new compliance manager to head up its compliance division.

The bridging finance firm has selected former independent contractor Gavin Keepings as the head of its compliance division.

Keepings will now ensure the firm stays in line with FSA regulation and fulfils its role as a responsible lender.

Bridgingloans.com finance director Ryneveld van der Horst says Keepings’ appointment will strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Keepings says: “The compliance division not only reassures clients that every possible guideline is being met, but is also a point of contact for brokers so that they can be 100 per cent sure that they too are following controlled processes.”
