Bravura signs five-year transfer agency deal with JP Morgan

Technology provider Bravura Solutions has signed a five-year transfer agency deal with JP Morgan Chase Bank.

The deal means JP Morgan will now use Bravura’s Rufus transfer agency platform through its Worldwide Securities Services division.

The bank’s first client for transfer agency services in the UK is JP Morgan Asset Management Marketing Ltd.

Bravura Solutions group chief executive officer and operations director Simon Woodfulll says: “This agreement represents a commitment from JP Morgan to continue work with Bravura on the development of the Rufus platform, with the aim of providing leading edge business propositions to the funds industry.”

JP Morgan Worldwide Securities Services managing director and head of global fund services Susan Ebenston says: “After conducting a review, we are pleased to build on J.P. Morgan’s existing relationship with Bravura Solutions.”
