BNP Paribas targets UK IFA market

BNP Paribas, one of Europe’s largest banks is targeting the UK IFA market by pulling together the investment solutions and product range of its four businesses.

BNP Paribas Securities Services offers an independent wealth and retirement solutions platform for advisers and distributors. Wealth Manager Solutions offers access to UK listed equities, investment trusts, investment funds, a range of tax wrappers, online valuations and integrated advisers’ tools.

Fund solutions can be accessed through BNP Paribas Investment Partners, the asset management arm of BNP Paribas. These include traditional investment funds and a full range of multi-manager solutions available through FundQuest UK. These are distributed by IFAs and are also available as a white-label offering.

BNP Paribas Assurance subsidiary Cardif Pinnacle, provides tax-efficient cash based investments products and protected product solutions are sold under the bank’s Privalto brand.

BNP Paribas also offers a range of investment funds and market timing solutions for discretionary managers and multi-managers through Harewood Solutions.
BNP Paribas head of territory Ludovic de Montille says: “BNP Paribas has developed a range of specialised solutions tailored for UK advisers that it will expand over the coming years. Making a strategic commitment to this market is the first step on our growth path.”
