BM Solutions – Buy-To-Let 4.5% 2-Year Tracker – Intermediary

Type: Buy-to-let tracker mortgage

Tracker term: Two years

Tracker rate: 4% above the Bank of England base rate

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 60% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments calculated at the pay rate

Conditions: Free mortgage service, up to three properties allowed across the retail division of the Lloyds Banking Group within a £2m maximum

Arrangement fee: £1,499 plus £275 mortgage account fee

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid in the first two years

Introducer’s fee: Refer to lender
