Tracker term: One year

Tracker rate: 3.7% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 4.2%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments calculated at the pay rate

Conditions: Free remortgage service, up to three properties allowed across the retail division of Lloyds Banking Group within a £2m maximum

Arrangement fee: 2.5% of the original loan plus £275 mortgage account fee

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid in the first year
