BM Solutions – Buy-To-Let 2-year 4.65% Fixed Intermediary

Type: Fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage

Fixed term: Until June 1, 2013

Fixed rate: 4.65%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments calculated at the pay rate

Conditions: Up to three properties allowed within a total maximum of £2m across the HBOS group

Arrangement fee: 2.5% of the original loan plus £275 mortgage account fee

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid

Introducer’s fee: 0.36% of the original loan for direct applications,  up to 0.48% of the original loan through mortgage clubs and networks, all fees subject to a £200 minimum
