EQUITY LINKED TRACKER BOND


Aim: To achieve a guaranteed return and capital growth linked to the FTSE 100 stockmarket index.


Minimum-maximum investment: £2,500 – £500,000.


Term: Until December 31, 2003.


Return: 100 per cent of the growth in the FTSE 100 index over the term, subject to a maximum of 100 per cent of the initial investment.


Guarantee: 100 per cent of initial investment.


Closing date: December 31, 1998.
