This year's shortlisted was drawn from 25 outdoor advertisements targeting the man or woman in the street. The judges have given a special commendation to Lowe for the unique way it branded Heathrow Airport and Heathrow Express as an HSBC-owned public space. More than just an outdoor advertisement, all of the judges were thrilled by HSBC's coup in branding an entire international airport and the integrated message throughout the project delivered by Lowe & Partners Worldwide.
Winner: WCRS Limited - Prudential – 0800 000 000
WCRS's campaign for Prudential again caught the judges' eye in the best outdoor advertisement category with the striking simplicity of its 0800 000 000 posters. The panel liked the poster's clear, simple message that was instantly memorable while demonstrating Prudential's renewed commitment to the customer.
