Consolidator Bellpenny’s sales director Simon Youlton has left the firm and moved to Australia.

Youlton has been with the business since July 2013, and was national financial planning manager before rising to head of financial planning and ultimately being appointed sales director.

A spokesman for the firm said: “We’ve always known that it has been a long-held ambition of Simon’s to emigrate to Australia.

“So while we’re naturally sad to see someone of his talents leave Bellpenny we are, above all, absolutely thrilled for him and his family.”

A replacement has yet to be confirmed, the firm adds.

Youlton’s departure comes weeks after Bellpenny appointed Countrywide financial services director Nigel Stockton as chief executive, replacing Kevin Ronaldson.
