IFA consolidator Bellpenny has bought Personal & Corporate Financial Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of the Essex-based firm brings the number of completed Bellpenny deals to 16.
The acquisition brings £21m of assets under advice and around 300 clients, with most living in the Essex area.
In October Bellpenny, backed by investment manager Oaktree, reached £1bn in funds under management, a year on from launch.
Bellpenny chief executive officer Kevin Ronaldson says: “We welcome clients of PCFS into the Bellpenny fold and we look forward to helping them build and maintain highly-effective long-term financial plans.”
PCFS owner John Keesing says: “My thanks to Kevin and his team for helping to make the sale of the business such a professional, pain-free process. I have complete confidence Bellpenny will ensure clients continue to receive the very highest level of care and attention.”
