BDS announces a new service for mortgage brokers through a partnership with overseas mortgage specialist Mortgages 4 You.

Brokers can access specialists in overseas property mortgage solutions.

The advisory service includes aspects of purchasing including costs, valuations, land/property registration, local property and tax laws and how to make foreign currency mortgage payments.

BDS Mortgages managing director Phil Jay says:
Overseas mortgages is a developing market and we wanted to offer brokers who know and respect BDS access to a new income stream safe in the knowledge that they are dealing with one of our partner firms. Mortgages 4 You have a large team of advisors and support staff and share our focus on customer service by appointing individual advisors to each case from start to finish.
