B&B advisers vote N&P Building Society as best broker site

Bradford & Bingley mortgage advisers have voted Norwich and Peterborough Building Society’s electronic trading service the best broker site for usability and reliability.

N&P’s electronic trading system is available to the whole market through a registration process.

It offers access to key facts illustrations, an approval in principle facility, case tracking and the ability to save partly completed applications.

B&B mortgage development manager Duncan Pownall says: “In a business environment that is set to become more and more dependant upon online support, we are pleased to see that N&P is ahead of the game in providing a suitable solution.”

Norwich & Peterborough Building Society head of introduced mortgages Stewart Hunter says: “We thought brokers would be impressed with how simple the processing and submission of applications is and how easy it is to use the case tracking facility – which has been supported by the tremendous feedback we’ve had on our new system.”
