Barclays website attracts 8,000 registrations


Barclays website has attracted 8,000 registrations and a further 9,500 requests for information since the announcement of its launch three weeks ago.


Barclays says the site offers customers the potential to make savings of up to £200 a year.


It offers free access to all Barclays personal and small business customers and will provide on-line banking and stockbroking services.
