Barclays Wealth – Defined Return Plan Annual Kick Out 90 April 2012 Edition

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £5,640-£500,000, Isa £11,280

Term: Six years

Return: 14% growth plus original capital at the end of year two provided the index has not fallen by more than 10%, 21% growth plus capital at the end of year three, 28% growth plus capital at the end of year four, 35% growth plus capital at the end of year five or 42% growth plus capital at the end of year six

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 50% by the final day of the term

Closing date: May 16, 2012, May 3, 2012 for Isa transfers

Commission: Initial 3%
